Scope
数能觉醒(深圳)科技有限公司 ("we," "us," or "our") operates WakeQora. This Policy applies to the WakeQora SaaS, related websites, and services, and explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete user information and platform data expressly authorized by users.
Information We Collect
- Account and team information, such as name, company name, email, contact details, login information, members, and permission settings.
- Service usage information, such as feature usage, operation and approval logs, device and browser information, IP address, error logs, and security logs.
- Information submitted by users, such as support requests, demo requests, product materials, operational goals, drafts, and feedback.
- Platform-authorized data. We access ecommerce store or advertising account data only after explicit authorization and only as necessary to provide user-facing features.
Platform-Authorized Data
Amazon data: We may process seller-authorized store, product, advertising, order, inventory, catalog, operational status, and action result data. The unchanged Amazon review materials remain available on the Amazon-specific pages.
Google account information: During Google OAuth authorization, we access the Google account identifier, name, and email needed to identify the authorizing principal, display the connection, and support audit and security controls.
Google Ads data: We may access customer accounts and Manager hierarchies the user is permitted to manage, together with Campaign, Ad Group, Ad, budget, criteria, keyword, search term, conversion, and performance data required by enabled features. We also record authorization status, synchronization results, and the results of user-approved operations.
Personal connection: The Google Ads OAuth connection and its authorized data are available only to the WakeQora user who completed authorization and are not shared with other members of the same workspace.
How We Use Information
- Discover and synchronize stores, Managers, and advertising accounts expressly authorized by and accessible to the user.
- Provide queries, reports, diagnostics, opportunity discovery, recommendations, and team collaboration.
- Execute Campaign, budget, Ad Group, Ad, or other platform operations expressly confirmed by the user and permitted by configured access and approval workflows.
- Maintain account security, tenant isolation, access controls, audit logs, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Meet legal, contractual, and third-party platform policy obligations.
Google API Data Principles
- We request only Google permissions necessary for user-enabled features and do not access accounts that are unauthorized or unavailable to the user.
- Google Ads data is used only for clearly visible WakeQora features such as account synchronization, reporting, analysis, recommendations, and confirmed operations.
- We do not sell Google user data, provide it to data brokers, or use it for unrelated advertising, credit assessment, or surveillance.
- We do not use Google Ads data to train general-purpose models unrelated to the user-requested features, or share raw or identifiable data across unrelated customers.
- We do not permit humans to read Google user data except with explicit user authorization, when necessary to provide support or investigate security issues, or when required by law.
WakeQora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information or platform-authorized data. We share only the information necessary in the following circumstances:
- With the user's explicit authorization;
- With cloud infrastructure, logging, security, email, or customer support providers processing data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations;
- When necessary to investigate security events or comply with laws, court orders, or regulatory requirements.
Security, Retention, and Deletion
We use measures including encryption in transit, access control, tenant and permission isolation, least-privilege access, audit logs, and security training. When a user disconnects a platform connection, we stop new API calls and invalidate or delete the associated connection credentials. After account closure or a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize related data within the period necessary to provide the Services and comply with law. Security, audit, dispute-resolution, or compliance logs may be retained for a necessary period.
Revocation and User Rights
Users can disconnect integrations in WakeQora and may revoke Google authorization through the third-party connections page in their Google Account. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information, withdraw authorization, or ask how data is processed. Contact support@datawake.ai.
Additional Information
WakeQora is intended for business and ecommerce operations and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries or regions where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may update this Policy due to changes in services, law, or platform policies and will provide notice of material changes through the website or product.
